Jih Sheng Spring Co., Ltd. has been engaged in production of various springs, for more than 10 years, for electronics, electrical machinery, pneumatic/electric-powered tools, automobiles, precision optical instruments, lighting products, hydraulic equipment, and hardware (including locks), etc.

Backed by sophisticated manufacturing technologies and advanced facilities, the company has three factories covering 1,000 pings (one ping equals to 36 square feet) in Hsiushui Hsiang of Changhua County, central Taiwan, focusing on precision spring manufacture, hardware stamping via straight-axle pneumatic presses, and plastic-injection moldings, respectively.

Jih Sheng notes it is capable of rolling out industrial parts in accordance with customers' special requirements as it owns three different factories, allowing integrated production for precision industrial parts and reducing production time.

Equipped with 1,000-ton plastic injection molding machines, the company's stamping factory is capable of offering versatile processing services and technical supports since its inception in 1997. Equipped with CNC (computerized numerically controlled) multi-axis servo spring coil-making machines, computerized length gauges and testing instruments, the firm's spring factory concentrates on the processing of precision products.

Obtaining an ISO9001:2000 certificate in January 2009, the company supplies top-quality products which have to 100% pass the screening of precision inspection instruments.

The company's major business lines are plastic-injection molding plant and spring plant facilities, stamping equipment and storage equipment, plastic products, springs for molds and dies, stamped hardware, retaining springs and irregular-shaped springs, pins, R-pins, E-clips, C-clips, parts and accessories for electrical and mechanical applications, bicycle parts, household and decorative hardware, etc.

Jih Sheng's products are sold all over the world on the OEM and ODM (original equipment/design manufacturer) basis. (BS)
